How can I create my Parmistudio account?

To Register Your Parmistudio Account, follow these simple steps 
1. Go to My Home page Click on Register  
2. Enter the Full name, Email, Mobile, Password, Re-Password for your account 
3. Choose 'Signup to activation'

Do I need to make an account before placing an order?

Customer accounts are optional, and you can always checkout as a guest without creating an account.

How do I sign up to receive emails from Parmistudio?

You can sign up for our newsletter by creating a Parmistudio account or by typing your email in the newsletter subscription box at the bottom of our site. You can unsubscribe from our email list at any time by using the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any email we send!

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

An e-mail & SMS will be sent once you've successfully placed your order. We'll also let you know as soon as we ships the item(s) to you along with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). You can track your orders from the 'My Orders' section on your Parmistudio account.

How can I order for large quantities of the product as part of a corporate order?

You can write to hello@parmistudio.com for your corporate gifting requirements. With subject Corporate Order.

Can I take the shipment after opening and checking the contents inside?

As per company policy, a shipment can't be opened before delivery, but you can accept the shipment and get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns.

Will the delivery be tried again if I'm not able to collect my order the first time?

Couriers make sure that the delivery is re-attempted the next working day if you can't collect your order the first time.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be edited or canceled via phone. Orders cannot be edited or canceled via email. Please call our office within an hour of placing your order to make any needed adjustments or cancellations. If your order is placed after hours or over the weekend, please give us a call before 1 pm EST the following business day. After this time, order processing has already begun so changes can no longer be made, and orders will ship out as is.

Can items be returned after the time period mentioned in the Returns Policy?

No, Parmistudio will not be able to accept returns after the time period mentioned in the Parmistudio Returns Policy.

What should I do if my order is approved but hasn't been shipped yet?

Sellers usually ship orders 1-2 business days before the delivery date so that they reach you on time. In case your order hasn't been shipped within this time please contact our Customer Support so that we can look into it.

I missed the delivery of my order today. What should I do?

The courier service delivering your order usually tries to deliver on the next business day in case you miss a delivery.

You can check your SMS for more details on when the courier service will try to deliver again.

What payments are accepted?

Parmistudio accepts most major credit cards as well as PayPal. We are working on adding Apple Pay as an option at checkout.

When will my order ship?

Our processing team is usually able to process orders for shipment in 1-2 days. During busier sales or seasons, we ask that you allow for 4-5 days of processing. Shipment times vary based on the type of shipping you choose at checkout.

How do I enter a promo code for an online purchase?

You can enter your Promo Code on the checkout page in the box that says "Coupon Code" or on the checkout page in the box that says "Coupon/Gift Certificate."

Can I combine more than one promotion in the same order?

No, only one promo or coupon code may be used per order. Some coupon codes are only valid on certain products, and some are only valid on full-priced items, and the discount amount will be shown at checkout.
